Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 16 June 2026 · Last updated: 16 June 2026
This Cancellation Policy explains how you may cancel a Course enrolment, programme or scheduled session with Sannidhi (“Sannidhi”, “we”, “us”, “our”), and when we may cancel. It should be read together with our Refund & Return Policy and our Terms & Conditions. “Cancellation” means stopping or withdrawing from an enrolment or booking; whether any payment is refunded is governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
1. Scope & Definitions
This Policy covers:
- self-paced Course enrolments;
- live or scheduled online sessions, classes and workshops; and
- recurring subscriptions, if offered.
2. Cancelling a Course Enrolment (by you)
You may cancel your enrolment at any time by emailing enquiry@sannidhi.yoga from your registered email address with your name, the Course name and your transaction reference. Whether you receive a refund depends on the timing and on our Refund & Return Policy — for example, requests made within 3 (Three) days of payment with only limited access may qualify. After the refund window, cancellation stops future access at the end of any paid period but does not entitle you to a refund.
3. Cancelling a Live or Scheduled Session (by you)
To cancel or reschedule a live class, workshop or one-to-one session, please notify us at least 120 hours before the scheduled start time. Timely cancellations may be eligible for rescheduling or a credit. Late cancellations or no-shows are generally not eligible for a refund or credit, because the slot has been reserved for you.
4. Recurring Subscriptions (if applicable)
If you hold a recurring or subscription plan, you may cancel renewal at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges and you retain access until the end of the current paid period. Amounts already paid for a current period are non-refundable unless required by law or by our Refund & Return Policy.
5. Cancellation by Sannidhi
We may cancel or reschedule a Course or session due to insufficient enrolment, faculty unavailability, technical issues, or events beyond our control (force majeure). In such cases we will notify you and, where reasonable, offer you a choice of a suitable alternative date, a credit, or a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled item.
6. No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without timely cancellation is treated as a no-show and is not eligible for a refund or a make-up session, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
7. How to Cancel
To cancel anything under this Policy, email enquiry@sannidhi.yoga from your registered email with your name, the Course or session details, the date, and your transaction reference. We aim to acknowledge cancellation requests promptly.
8. Relationship to the Refund & Return Policy
Cancelling an enrolment or booking is separate from receiving a refund. Any refund that may be due as a result of a cancellation is determined solely by our Refund & Return Policy.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
