This Refund & Return Policy explains when Sannidhi: Sacred Seeds of Yoga (“Sannidhi”, “we”, “us”, “our”) offers refunds for online courses, programmes and related digital services purchased through https://www.sannidhi.yoga or our student dashboard. Please read it carefully before making a purchase. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
1. Nature of Our Products
Sannidhi provides online yoga education. This includes digital course content (such as recorded lessons, reading material and downloadable resources) and, where applicable, live or scheduled online sessions. These are digital goods and services delivered electronically.
2. Returns
Because our products are digital and delivered online, they cannot be physically returned. Once course content has been accessed, streamed or downloaded, it is treated as “used”. This Policy therefore focuses on refunds rather than returns. If we ever offer physical goods (such as printed books or merchandise), separate return terms will be provided at the point of sale.
3. Eligibility for a Refund
You may request a refund where any of the following applies:
- you submit a written request within 3 days of the date of purchase, and you have not accessed more than a limited introductory portion / 20% of the course content and have not downloaded substantial materials;
- you were charged in error, or were charged more than once for the same item (duplicate payment);
- we are unable to provide the course or session you paid for and cannot offer a suitable alternative or reschedule; or
- there is a verified technical fault attributable to us that prevents access and that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are generally not available for:
- courses or sessions that have been substantially accessed, completed or downloaded;
- live or scheduled sessions that you attended, or missed without timely cancellation (see our Cancellation Policy);
- enrolments purchased under special offers, discounts, scholarships or “no-refund” promotions that are clearly marked at checkout;
- certification, examination or assessment fees once the process has begun;
- requests made after the eligibility window in Section 3; and
- change of mind after substantial consumption of the content.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email enquiry@sannidhi.yoga from your registered email address with the following details:
- your name and registered email address;
- your order or transaction reference and date of purchase;
- the course or session name; and
- the reason for your request.
We may ask for additional information to verify your request.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days of approval. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
- Any non-refundable third-party payment-gateway or transaction charges may be deducted, and bank or currency-conversion charges are beyond our control.
7. International Payments & Currency
For payments made in a currency other than INR, the refund amount is determined in INR and converted by the payment provider. Because of exchange-rate fluctuations and gateway fees, the amount you receive may differ from the amount originally debited. Sannidhi is not responsible for such differences.
8. Cancellation by Sannidhi
If we cancel a course or session for any reason and cannot offer a suitable alternative, you will be offered a reschedule, a credit, or a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled item.
9. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us first — we aim to resolve issues fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may delay resolution and could affect your access while the matter is investigated.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Return Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Purchases are governed by the Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
