COURSE OVERVIEW:
This course offers a comprehensive, experiential in-depth, and scholarly engagement with the Yogasutra of Maharishi Patanjali; the foundational text of Yoga philosophy, psychology and spirituality.

The course will combine scriptural study, contemplative inquiry, guided chanting, and reflective practice to transform the sutra from technical theory into a lived experience. Participants will not merely “learn about” Maharishi Patanjali, but think, feel, and live through his expansive vision of consciousness.
